As
you know the planet Mercury
has started to move retrograde
for the period covering
November5th –25th....
As a principle, whe Mercury is moving retrograde it is
not
suggested to reach definite decisions and to start new projects
because the probabibility of
being wrong. is
rather high in comparison to other periods...
The main reason is that Mercury, during its retrograde times does
not send the normal influences to the brains or
it causes the
other comimg influences to be perceived in wrong way. In
other words, it can be said that
the
capacity of thought in the individual does not function well, it
becomes lowered
and the thought mechanism slows down or the practical mind
experiences a stagnant period.... Taking
these factors into consideration, I wanted to speak about a different
subject in this week’s
conversation... Let
us have a look at the
final matches of our national football team... We
have observed with pleasure that our team has reached the European level
in the matches that they have played both in Ireland and in Turkey....
It would be very correct if we say that this capacity has been
attained by means of Galatasaray... Now,
let us give our criticisms for both of the matches :- Mr.
Denizli had given a very good motivation to the team for both of the
matches while maintaining a good level of friendship... In
both of the contests, the most striking names were
Sergen, the virtuoso who was in the middle;
Alpay at the back
and Rüşdü at the goal... On
the other hand the rather awkward attitude that can be seen in every part
of ourt society is also observed in the choice of the players for the
national football team. To
give an example, ,t is time for Mr.Denizli to stop being stubborn and take
young Fevzi behind Rüştü.
It also seems that there is no logic in inviting a player who does
not have a good performance in his own team to the national team...
It
looks that it would be more correct
to place
Emre from Galatasaray, who has been on the agenda all over Europe,
near Sergen... All
of these are the
positives and negatives of Mr.Mustafa Denizli... We
wish that
both in sports and in our daily lives we reach the correct
decisions and provide rhe means in which every
fact
could be read. We
give our national team hearts full of
love
and wish them
all the success... Apart
from this corner I hope to meet you in the month of Ramadan in the daily
newspaper Akşam, and in the monthly magazines of Yeni Dünya (The New
World) and Popüler Bilim (Popular Science).
